The blend of 60% Grenache and 40% Syrah is crafted with precision. Harvested at night to preserve maximum freshness, the grapes are directly pressed to achieve this beautiful, clear, and luminous color.
Fermentation at low temperatures (15–18 °C) helps retain the full fruit expression in all its purity.
