As part of Bike May 2026, the CCBTA invites toddlers to hop on their first bike with a balance bike activity specially designed for children who can walk!
Organized by the Espelido Social and Cultural Center in Montfavet, this activity promises to be fun, safe, and full of new discoveries.
On a colorful, specially designed course, children can move at their own pace through various educational modules designed to spark their curiosity and develop their motor skills.
On the agenda: small obstacles, balance games, turns, and fun courses to learn while having fun! Thanks to the balance bike, children naturally discover balance, coordination, and the first sensations of gliding… all without pedals, but with plenty of fun.
The Espelido staff gently guide each child, encouraging independence and self-confidence. Here, there’s no competition: everyone progresses at their own pace, in a friendly and reassuring atmosphere.
Open to all children who can walk, this activity is perfect for sharing a special family moment and watching the little ones enjoy riding like big kids.
Balance bikes and helmets provided if needed.
Recommended minimum age: 18 months.
