Follow the guide and listen to the fascinating history of the Mas des Tourelles, which began with the discovery of a Gallo-Roman archaeological site and an ambitious experimental archaeology project exploring the flavours of wine in Roman antiquity.
In particular, you’ll discover our reconstructed Gallo-Roman wine cellar, fully operational, with its impressive wooden wine press, amphorae and dolia, faithfully modelled on the techniques and equipment of the Roman era.
And to round off this historical immersion, it’s time for a tasting!
Dare to taste wines made according to ancient traditions, accompanied by appetisers with Roman flavours. A convivial and indulgent moment to round off your exploration.
