You will discover, in particular, our reconstructed Gallo-Roman winery, fully operational and featuring an impressive wooden wine press, amphorae and dolia, faithfully inspired by the techniques and equipment used during Roman times.
To bring this journey through history to a close, it’s time for a tasting! Dare to sample wines made according to ancient traditions, accompanied by Roman-inspired aperitif toasts. A convivial and delicious way to extend your discovery.
