The nose reveals a surprisingly rich bouquet: fresh ginger, white truffle, roasted hazelnut, and citrus fruits compose a vibrant yet refined aromatic palette.

On the palate, the first impression is full and almost voluptuous. The wine’s roundness is carried by a subtle blend of Grenache Blanc (70%), Roussanne (20%), and Viognier (10%).
Each sip unveils rare aromatic complexity, culminating in a lingering finish marked by roasted cocoa bean notes.

This exceptional white is made from old vines, hand-harvested with care. The grapes are picked into crates to preserve the integrity of each berry.

Aged in new French oak barrels with regular bâtonnage on fine lees, this process enhances mouthfeel and adds an elegantly toasted finish.
